Tanairy Rodriguez and Kyler Granada were found dead at Wollaston Station in Quincy on the morning of Monday, Sept. 26, as previously reported by Daily Voice

Initial investigation suggested the duo was hit by a train, but that was not be the case. Instead, it is alleged that Rodriguez and Granada were electrocuted after intentionally laying on the tracks just north of the station, the Norfolk County District Attorney's office and MBTA Transit Police report.

Loved ones took to social media to honor both young adults, whose lives impacted so many others.

"He had such a happy and loving soul and was my best friend and more. I loved him so much," Granada's father Anthony said on Facebook. "I'm so sorry this happened to you. We will all deeply miss you and your beautiful smile forever. I love you son. Love dad."

"Today I found out that my baby niece was one of the body [that] were found," Rodriguez's aunt said on Facebook. "If you have family, tell them everyday how much you love them [because] you never know when it’s the last time you hear from them."

A GoFundMe has also been set up to help Rodriguez's family cover the cost of her funeral. People can donate by clicking here.
